Privacy Policy

Written to comply with applicable U.S. federal and state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Last updated: August 26, 2026.

INSERT COIN TO CONTINUE. This policy shows exactly what happens to personal data in this arcade, based on applicable U.S. federal and state privacy laws, including the CCPA/CPRA and similar state privacy laws, and COPPA.

STAGE 1 // ARCADE OPERATOR

Gamer Aqui Spot is operated from 323 S Franklin St, Juneau, AK 99801, United States. Phone: +1 (907) 523-1000. Email: [email protected]. Privacy contact: [email protected], subject line "Privacy" — the channel between you and the operator for any privacy request.

STAGE 2 // WHAT GOES ON THE SCOREBOARD

  • No sign-up token: no name, email or phone number needed to play.
  • Preferences and records (difficulty, level, best time, score) are saved in the local storage of your own device. They never reach the operator.
  • If you write to the counter (email or form), we process only what you sent, in order to reply.

STAGE 3 // SCORING RULES

  • With your consent: we save your score and game progress, only on your device.
  • Strictly necessary: the technical minimum needed for the arcade to switch on runs without asking.

STAGE 4 // NO TOKEN TRADING WITH OTHER ARCADES

We don't sell, share or transfer personal data to third parties — no "sale" or "sharing" as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. Today we run no advertising network and no analytics tool. If that changes, the scoreboard on this page and in the Cookie Policy is updated the same day.

STAGE 5 // COOKIES IN SHORT

The technical one always runs. "Progress data" only switches on with your acceptance — switched off, every game restarts from scratch. Change your mind anytime under "Cookie preferences" in the footer.

STAGE 6 // CONTINUE OR GAME OVER (YOUR RIGHTS)

At any time: confirm whether we hold a record about you; access it; correct what's wrong; delete or limit what isn't needed; take your data elsewhere; delete what was recorded with your consent; know who we share it with (nobody); know what happens if you refuse; opt out of any sale or sharing (we do none); and withdraw consent whenever you want. We never discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Ask at [email protected]. We respond within 45 days, as the CCPA allows (extendable once by 45 days with notice). You can also file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) at reportfraud.ftc.gov, or with your state Attorney General's office.

STAGE 7 // OPEN TO EVERY PLAYER

An arcade rated for everyone: no age verification, no back room. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it, as COPPA requires.

STAGE 8 // NO CONTINUE FOR INTRUDERS

With no player database, there's no global leaderboard to leak. Preferences stay only on your device; contact messages are deleted once answered.

STAGE 9 // CONTROLLER SIGNALS

We detect the "Do Not Track" and "Global Privacy Control" (GPC) signals when they are present and honor them — GPC counts as a valid opt-out request under the CPRA, even though we sell or share nothing today.

FINAL STAGE // FIRMWARE UPDATE

Any real change in how we handle data updates this page the same day, with the category explained here. The date at the top is the version now showing.
