If there are ads in the future
Should Gamer Aqui Spot start showing ads, the ad slots will always be labeled "Ad" or "Sponsored" and kept visually separate from the game board and controls, never disguised as buttons, results or pieces. This follows the clear-disclosure principles of Section 5 of the FTC Act, the FTC Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255), and the FTC's .com Disclosures and Native Advertising guidance.
Partners and cookies
If we ever work with partner ad networks, they could only use cookies and device identifiers to show and measure ads with your consent, and those cookies would come switched off by default.
